This recipe is great as a treat while cutting weight, or for anyone looking for a high protein snack. Ingredients (makes 4 servings):
1 sachet sugar free orange jelly crystals (enough to make 1 pint of jelly)
250 g fat free soft cheese (e.g. Quark)
2 scoops (50g) PhD Pharma Whey, Chocolate Cookie flavour
Method:
Add the jelly crystals to 285 ml (1/2 pint) boiling water
Stir in the protein powder
Add the fat free cream cheese and mix thoroughly using a hand blender
Divide the mixture into four glasses and leave in the fridge overnight to set
