Rosi Sexton Rosi is the founder of Combat Sports Clinic and is a registered osteopath and sports massage therapist. She is also a professional MMA fighter, and is currently ranked amongst the top 10 female fighters in the world.
Rich Moore is a registered osteopath and professional sports massage therapist based in Nottingham City Centre. He offers a full range of deep tissue massage, manipulative therapies and kinesiotaping for all kinds of sports injuries and other conditions.
Ben Crighton is our resident nutrition and sports physiology specialist. He graduated from Liverpool John Moores University (LJMU) with a BSc First Class degree with honours in Nutrition and is currently studying for his MSc in Sports Physiology at LJMU.
Mike Leng is the managing director of Unorthodox Nutrition and has experience working with athletes at all levels from amateur through to international competitors to help them achieve their weight and performance goals.
