Rich is a registered osteopath and professional sports massage therapist based in Nottingham City Centre. He offers a full range of deep tissue massage, manipulative therapies and kinesiotaping for all kinds of sports injuries and other conditions.
Rich holds a BSc (Hons) in Osteopathy from Oxford Brookes University prior to which he graduated from the Midlands School of Massage in the summer of 2005 with a Diploma in Remedial Massage. He is also a qualified Kinesio taping practitioner, having completed KT1 and KT2 training from Kinesio UK and Level 1 RockTape Powertaping.
Rich has trained in a variety of martial arts since he was a teenager including wadokai karate, aikido and more recently brazilian jiu-jitsu, submission wrestling and MMA. Working within the Bushido MMA Academy, Rich has treated several current and past UFC fighters and many local, amateur athletes focussed on rehabilitating injuries and maximising performance.
