Rich initially graduated from the Midlands School of Massage in the summer of 2005 with a Diploma in Remedial Massage. In addition to this, he has undertaken further studies to increase his knowledge and skills including an Advanced Diploma in Manipulative Therapy and certificates in Trigger Point Therapy and Upper and Lower Limb Sports Injuries. Rich is currently studying osteopathy at Oxford Brookes University, graduating in June 2012. He is also a qualified First Aider and member of the National Association of Massage and Manipulative Therapists (NAMMT).
Rich has trained in a variety of martial arts since he was a teenager including wadokai karate, aikido and more recently brazilian jiu-jitsu, submission wrestling and MMA. Working within the Bushido MMA Academy, Rich has treated numerous current and past UFC fighters and many local, amateur athletes focussed on rehabilitating injuries and maximising performance.
